[Hiring] Deputy Operations Manager @KBR

Role Description

KBR is seeking a Deputy Operations Manager. This position will report to the Operations Manager and shall be a part of the management team. Responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the human resources duties and managing the daily operations of the contract.
• Partnering with the Operations Manager to ensure that Government worldwide assignment requests are fulfilled in a timely manner.
• Executing all work assignment logistics and travel, coordinating with applicable stakeholders’ POCs per worksite.
• Ensuring efficient and effective operational procedures and processes for successful contract execution.
• Delivering quality services to eligible participants.

Position is remote. Part-Time, less than 20 hours per week until award decision is made. If KBR is awarded the contract, position becomes full-time.

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience managing program operations for an international, globally dynamic, geographically dispersed, rapidly changing, and diverse program environment.
• At least five years of experience with human resource management, worksite/assignment tracking, financial management, and stakeholder communications.

Requirements

• BS / BA in Engineering, Sciences, or a related field.
• At least two years’ experience managing SLAs under an incentive-based contract.
• At least two years’ experience supporting military organizations.
• A bachelor’s degree, at a minimum, from an accredited university or college in business administration, project management, and/or similar academic profession.
