[Hiring] Virtual Observer @ProMedica

Role Description

As the Virtual Observer, you provide continual observation of assigned patients to meet their safety needs. In this role, you will:

• Verbally redirect the patient from engaging in risky behavior.
• Call on the nursing staff if the patient requires assistance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have basic math skills, read, and write, understand directions, communicate, and respond to inquiries.
• Must have basic computer operations skills including Microsoft Windows.
• Must have observation, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills necessary to work productively with patients, families, and health care personnel.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a clinical or hospital environment.
• Previous direct patient care experience.
• Certified Nursing Assistant.
