Role Description

SmartScale360 is hiring a US Healthcare Scheduling Coordinator to support our growing U.S.-based home care clients by coordinating caregiver schedules, maintaining workforce coverage, and ensuring patients receive uninterrupted care. If you have experience in healthcare scheduling, home care scheduling, patient coordination, caregiver scheduling, workforce management, or staffing coordination, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate caregiver schedules to ensure continuous patient coverage
• Monitor attendance, call-offs, and schedule adherence while resolving scheduling conflicts
• Fill open shifts by coordinating caregiver replacements and schedule changes
• Communicate with caregivers, patients, clients, and internal teams to provide scheduling updates and support
• Maintain accurate scheduling records using workforce management and scheduling platforms
• Generate scheduling, staffing, and attendance reports to support daily operations
• Support workforce management activities while ensuring service levels are maintained
• Track scheduling issues and proactively identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency
• Provide administrative support for daily scheduling and coordination activities

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in Healthcare Scheduling, Home Care Scheduling, Patient Coordination, Workforce Management, Dispatching, Staffing Coordination, or similar roles
• Experience supporting U.S. Healthcare, Home Care, Staffing, Healthcare BPO, or Medical accounts
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Experience using scheduling or workforce management software
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Experience supporting U.S. Home Care agencies is a plus
• Familiarity with WellSky, AxisCare, ClearCare, CareSmartz360, NICE, Verint, or similar scheduling platforms is preferred
• Strong Microsoft Excel and reporting skills are an advantage

• Laptop/PC: Intel i5 (or equivalent) with at least 8GB RAM
• Internet: Stable 100 Mbps connection
• Backup: Secondary internet connection, device, and power source
