Role Description
As a Travel Sprinter, you’ll take what you do best and bring it to Sprinter Health markets that need you most. One assignment may keep you closer to home, while another may have you packing your bags for an extended stay.

Provide a variety of preventative and diagnostic services including blood draws, vitals, height and weight assessments, urine collection, support with Annual Wellness Visits, and more.

Travel approximately 75% of the year and may spend extended periods away from home depending on travel assignments.
Qualifications

Exceptional blood draw skills.

Experience with challenging sticks.

Patient-facing healthcare experience as a Phlebotomist, Medical Assistant (MA), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), with in-home experience preferred.

Current BLS certification.

Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Availability Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

Ability to drive before 7:00 a.m. to arrive at your first scheduled patient on time.

Ability and willingness to travel approximately 75% of the year.

Comfort driving and navigating independently in unfamiliar cities and neighborhoods.

Proficiency using Apple iPhones and iPads.

Ability to meet applicable state-specific certification or licensing requirements.
Requirements

Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. as part of day-to-day responsibilities.

Ability to perform heavier lifting when required for travel assignments.

Ability to spend prolonged periods driving between patient appointments.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and carry medical supplies and equipment.

Ability to safely navigate a variety of patient home environments, including locations with stairs.

Ability to manage the physical demands associated with frequent travel.
