Role Description

You're an associate clinician (LSW or LPC) in Illinois who's already accruing post-graduate hours toward full licensure and wants a remote caseload that matters. You want supervision support, flexible scheduling, and none of the administrative burden that slows most early-career clinicians down. Daybreak was built for exactly this stage of your career.

You'll provide evidence-based teletherapy to K–12 students across Illinois, collaborating with school counselors and families statewide. You'll participate in case consultations and contribute to clinical program development as we grow.

Qualifications

• Active LPC or LSW in Illinois (required)
• Minimum of 500 post-graduate supervised hours already completed (required)
• Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged youth and families
• Comfortable with telehealth and EHR systems
• Available Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings (weekend slots also available)

Requirements

• Bilingual Spanish/English fluency (preferred)
• Experience in CBT, DBT, or similar modalities
• Prior school-based or youth-focused experience
• Active NPI and CAQH
