Role Description

The IC Therapist will engage with clients in a positive and non-judgmental manner while building trust and rapport. Assist in developing specialized treatment tailored to each client's needs and goals using treatment planning, individual psychotherapy, and evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Uses different therapy modalities to provide hope, help, and healing through the completion of treatment.
• Promotes a healthy work environment with realistic caseloads and sessions per week.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited University/College
• Current or pending certification as either: LCSW, LMFT, CMHC
• 2+ years experience in social services
• 2+ years of experience providing customer service
