We are a virtual women’s clinic delivering thoughtful, evidence-based care for complex and historically overlooked conditions—such as endometriosis, fibroids, chronic pelvic pain, and heavy menstrual bleeding. • Provide patient-centered, unhurried virtual evaluations and develop individualized, evidence-based care plans.
• Guide patients through complex diagnostics and longitudinal management via secure messaging, telehealth visits, and phone follow-ups.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation and coding within 24 hours of each encounter.
• Mentor and collaborate within a group-practice model through weekly clinical case reviews and peer discussions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of extensive Nurse Practitioner experience dedicated to women’s health, complex gynecologic conditions, or primary care with deep women's health focus.
• Active, unencumbered NP licenses with prescriptive authority and eligibility for independent practice where applicable.
• Active licenses in at least 3 states, including:
  • Group A (at least 1): CA, NY, IN, GA, OH, TN, MN, AZ, or PA.
  • Group B (at least 1): VA, MO, KY, CO, FL, TX, MS, AL, NC, AR, CT, or NJ.
• Certified in Family Practice, Adult Health, Women’s Health, or Nurse-Midwifery; active DEA registration.
• Comfort with or enthusiasm for virtual care delivery platforms and EMR workflows (Athenahealth experience preferred).
• Commitment to at least 15 patient-facing hours per week with consistent Friday availability (shifts available between 6:30 AM – 10:00 PM local time).
