Role Description

Seasoned Recruitment is partnering to connect dedicated, Spanish-speaking licensed therapists with an innovative outpatient tele-mental health practice. In this independent contractor role, you will deliver compassionate, evidence-backed psychotherapy to individuals recovering from trauma and PTSD via direct organizational referrals.

• Total Schedule Control: Design your ideal work hours fully remote across the week, with evening appointments supported up to 9:00 PM local time.
• Seamless Client Pipeline: Patients are assigned directly to your caseload—leaving zero burden on you for self-promotion or billing administration.
• Rapid Onboarding: Jump straight into clinical work without waiting months for insurance credentialing approval.
• Integrated Clinical Community: Collaborate alongside psychiatric advanced practice providers in a care setting driven by patient need rather than session quotas.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered state clinical license (LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent).
• Demonstrated proficiency in trauma-informed treatments and structured, evidence-based practices.
• Strong chart documentation capabilities tailored for high-quality clinical recordkeeping.
• Comfort with digital health tech, remote video software, and electronic health record systems.
• Full bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
