Role Description
The Senior Manager of Clinical Product is a clinical expert within our Clinical Product team, responsible for developing, maintaining, and continuously improving InStrideβs therapy content, training, and protocols to ensure they are effective, evidence-based, and best in class. This is a high-impact, growth-oriented role.

Support organizational growth by preparing clinical products for expansion into new ages, payers (e.g., Medicaid), and conditions.

Drive external dissemination that builds clinical reputation and reach.

Equip the care team to treat complex presentations with confidence and fidelity.

Lead the responsible and innovative integration of AI into clinical care.

Serve as a trusted subject matter resource and collaborative partner across various teams.
Qualifications
-
PhD or PsyD in psychology from an accredited school of psychology, LICSW from an accredited school of social work, or LMHC & Masters degree from an accredited graduate program.

Advanced clinical background and education focused on children, adolescents, and young adults with anxiety, OCD, and related disorders.

Experience and training in evidence-based treatments (e.g., CBT, ERP, ACT, DBT), with appropriate provider licensure.

Experience creating engaging, evidence-based clinical materials for children, teens, and young adults.

Ability to translate complex clinical and operational concepts into clear content and protocols.

Demonstrated curiosity about AI and a trajectory of adopting new tools.

Enthusiasm for applying AI responsibly to improve care.

Preferred: experience working on a clinical product team and interfacing with technology/product partners.

Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.

Strong clinical judgment and comfort making decisions in areas where structure is still being built.

Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, and cultural competence with regard to diversity and inclusion.

Build and continuously improve training, protocols, and clinical resources for complex presentations.

Design and deliver ongoing care team training.

Serve as a go-to clinical resource for supervisors and care team leaders.

Help lead the integration of AI into clinical care.

Evaluate content and protocols to identify and close gaps.

Contribute to strategic enablers and major clinical initiatives.

Provide direct care by facilitating parent/caregiver and/or patient groups.
