• Physician-owned and operated organization providing inpatient subacute rehabilitation consultation services throughout the country
• Focus on inpatient Physical Medicine and Rehab post-acute care
• Part-time 1099 role with opportunity for full-time work in near future
• In-person visits to SNFs once per month
• No weekends or calls

Qualifications

• Function as a healthcare provider for patients in a short-term rehab setting within Skilled Nursing Facilities
• Candidates must be board certified or board eligible and qualify for medical licensure in the State of Tennessee.
• Board Certified Physiatrist/PM&R (Physical Medicine and Rehab) or Pain Management (preferred)

• Once or twice a year visit

Pay

• Base Salary of $1,000 to oversee 2 mid-level providers
• Additional $250 for each additional mid-level they are overseeing
• Site visits to be compensated at $500 per visit
