We started by serving adolescents, and we're now growing to serve adults as well. That growth is why this position is open. We partner with over 60 school districts and dozens of health plans, and we are expanding to meet the demand for both adolescent and adult therapy.

For Texas clinicians, that expansion is the opportunity:

• We'll help you get licensed in California, cover the cross-licensing fees, and place you directly into our health plans, where open slots get booked.

Compensation (1099 Independent Contractor):

• Earn $55-$75 per session based on weekly caseload, with no cap on earnings.
• Paid intake assessments.
• Paid no-shows and late cancellations.
• $5 bilingual session differential for every session.
• $340 paid onboarding training stipend.
• Free continuing education credits year-round.
• A dedicated intake assistant who handles initial scheduling and consent forms.
• Malpractice insurance included.
• Biweekly pay, with Daybreak handling all billing.
• Flexible caseload: start with as few as 5 sessions per week and grow from there.

Flexibility & Support:

• Fully remote: Work from anywhere in the U.S.
• Flexible schedule: Choose your own time blocks anywhere between Monday and Sunday, 8 am to 8 pm Pacific Standard Time (weekends optional).
• We handle the admin: Billing, credentialing, scheduling, and consent forms, so you can focus on care.
• Supportive clinical community: Peer consultation, collaborative networks, and team discussions.
• Professional development: CE credits and ongoing training.

What You'll Do:

• Build strong, supportive relationships with clients to create a safe therapeutic space.
• Provide evidence-based individual teletherapy to adults and adolescents experiencing mild-to-moderate mental health conditions.
• Provide psychoeducation to parents and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed in Texas as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT, with a willingness to pursue California licensure (we'll guide you).
• Passion for mental health and a commitment to culturally responsive, equitable care.
• Experience working with youth and/or adults in clinical or school settings.
• Comfortable providing telehealth services.
