[Hiring] Registered Nurse - Internal Travel @Northern Light Health

Role Description

Northern Light Home Care and Hospice is pleased to offer an opportunity for direct contracting for nurses to experience being part of the Northern Light Home Care and Hospice team and mission. We are opening applications from interested nurses who would like to work directly for the organization in a traveler-like role.

These nurses will become part of our team as temporary per diem employees for a period of 12 weeks. Nurses will be scheduled as needed in the departments in consultation with the managers of the area and may be assigned to other areas based on business needs. Positions are available on both nights and days.

At the end of the 12 weeks, we welcome you to join our team as a permanent employee in a full-time, part-time, or regular per diem position. Our talent team will be happy to work with anyone who decides it is time to make Northern Light Home Care and Hospice your professional home.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate system values and integrate them into daily organizational practice.

• Ability to handle difficult and stressful situations with professional composure.
• Ability to influence others' actions and decisions without express authority.
• Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, data entry, database experience, and other computer-related skills.

Qualifications

• BLS Required.
• At least one year of experience in nursing.
