Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team on a temporary, casual basis in Australia. This role is essential in providing high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in our healthcare delivery, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to support patient needs and enhance their health outcomes.

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and vaccinations as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records for all patients.
• Assist in the assessment and planning of patient care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
• Monitor and document patient progress, reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and organisational policies.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) Qualification
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Postgraduate Qualification in Nursing Specialty (e.g., Child Health, Sexual Health)
• Experience working with electronic medical record systems
• Experience in general practice nursing
• Experience administering medications and vaccinations
• Time management and prioritisation skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong clinical nursing skills
