[Hiring] Regional Clinical Specialist @Haemonetics

Role Description

The Regional Clinical Specialist position will take a lead role in the training of physicians, nurses, and technicians on the proper use and advantages of Haemonetics Medical products in Cardiac Cath Labs, Interventional Radiology and Vascular Surgery suites. The Regional Clinical Specialist will assist in product launches in their region as well as support busier teams when needed. In addition, this position will assist in clinical trials not only in their region but around the country when needed. The Regional Clinical Specialist will be expected to aid in the training of new hires and continued clinical development of the region's team. By providing case coverage, the Regional Clinical Specialist will contribute to achieving projected sales goals, Company objectives, and increasing sales revenue.

• Support the TM in clinical case support and customer education needs of the territory.
• Identify issues related to the usage of Haemonetics products and immediately share those issues with the Regional Sales Director and appropriate TM.
• Provide additional in-service training to the impacted clinical staff if issues stem from incorrect or inappropriate usage of the device.
• Facilitate the clinical training and on-boarding of new field personnel.
• Provide clinical expertise for Structural Heart implanting centers to provide technical support in accordance with the instructions for use and best practices.
• Assist in education and training activities with physicians, hospital support staff, and Haemonetics personnel.
• Stay abreast of and communicate clinical data regarding Haemonetics Interventional Technologies (IVT) portfolio of products.
• Provide support on questions regarding device suitability and comprehensive technical support.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive clinical and technical product knowledge.
• Recognize and understand competitive products, industry trends, and Haemonetics portfolio.
• Oversee local education and training activities including coordination and set up of programs.
• Identify, establish, and maintain productive working relationships with key decision makers, customers, and their staff.
• Serve as spokesperson related to procedural expertise and updated best practices within assigned region.
• Develop therapy and device operational knowledge to support procedural excellence.
• Function as the region lead for simulation and training.
• Expertly present Haemonetics clinical papers and overall value proposition while complying with regulations and policies.
• Support the monitoring of product inventory levels.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience in clinical training and support.
• Strong understanding of medical products and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
