Role Description

Are you a compassionate and driven Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist looking to make a meaningful impact in your community? Community Behavioral Health, LLC is seeking a dedicated Psychiatrist to join our team and oversee the psychiatric and medical services for our outpatient programs. We offer a collaborative, supportive environment with opportunities for leadership, clinical supervision, and program development.

• Providing psychiatric evaluations and medication management
• Participating in treatment team planning and case reviews
• Supervising clinical staff and supporting performance improvement initiatives
• Leading in-service training and educational sessions
• Collaborating with physicians, directors, and community partners
• Offering after-hours emergency coverage (as needed)

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Licensed to practice medicine in Maryland
• Minimum of 1 year in an outpatient setting (admin experience preferred)
• Strong clinical, supervisory, and interpersonal skills

Schedule: Flexible full-time or part-time
