Role Description

As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) at Impireum Psychiatric Group, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
• Diagnose and treat behavioral health conditions across the lifespan
• Develop individualized medication management plans
• Provide evidence-based psychiatric care
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary treatment teams
• Participate in Multidisciplinary Case Conferences (MDCC)
• Coordinate care with therapists and psychologists
• Identify patients who may benefit from ADHD testing, neurofeedback, EMDR, Spravato, or IV hydration therapy
• Educate patients and families about treatment options
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Deliver compassionate, culturally responsive, patient-centered care

Qualifications

• Active PMHNP-BC certification
• Current, unrestricted APRN license in at least one U.S. state
• DEA registration or eligibility
• Prescriptive authority consistent with state regulations
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

• Child & adolescent experience (preferred)
• Adult psychiatry experience (preferred)
• Telepsychiatry experience (preferred)
• Integrated behavioral health experience (preferred)
• Experience working with underserved populations (preferred)
• Bilingual abilities are a plus (preferred)
