Role Description

Under the direction of leadership, is accountable for provision of competent direct patient care based on established standards. Contributes to unit activities and supports enhancement of the care delivery system at the unit level. Supports peers in the delivery of patient care services and assumes an expanded role which may include charge nurse, preceptor, and committee member responsibilities.

• Weekday evening (5:30pm-10pm), Weekends (7am-5:30pm)
• Exciting opportunity to become part of the Primary Care Network team!
• Provides remote patient care, documentation, and communication to patients and providers for Internal Medicine and Family Medicine practices.
• Responsibilities include telephone and MyChart triage, utilizing professional nursing assessment skills and identified triage standards in decision making.
• Works closely with the Digital Health team.
• Performs other tasks as assigned; triage and experience with all ages is required.
• One to two years of experience in direct nursing care required.

Benefits

• Compensation Range: $42.00 - $56.70
• The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job.
• Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, considering factors including market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
