Role Description

As a PK Scientist at ICON, you will be responsible for designing and conducting pharmacokinetic (PK) studies to evaluate drug absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion.

Your role will involve delivering clinical pharmacology and pharmacokinetics work to a high standard, working closely with your team and stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:

• Designing, executing, and analyzing PK studies to support drug development and regulatory submissions.
• Conducting data analysis using appropriate PK modeling software to interpret study results and inform decision-making.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate PK data into overall drug development strategies.
• Preparing technical reports, presentations, and regulatory documents related to PK findings.
• Staying current with advancements in pharmacokinetics and relevant regulations to enhance study design and execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacology, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in pharmacokinetics or related field, preferably within a clinical or pharmaceutical environment.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in PK modeling and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance in all PK activities.
