Role Description

We’re looking for talented, high-performing, and passionate Board-Certified Physicians to join our growing network of telehealth clinicians through You Health Medical Groups. In this role, you will provide care for patients with a range of men's health concerns, with an emphasis on diagnosing and treating hormone-related conditions in male patients. The primary focus of this role is delivering synchronous care through video visits, with some additional asynchronous care as needed.

• Deliver high-quality, synchronous and asynchronous care by assessing, screening, diagnosing, prescribing, and titrating medication for patients as necessary.
• Initial visits and follow-up visits to review progress and adjust medications must be completed synchronously.
• Uphold unparalleled clinical patient care through the delivery of prompt and empathetic care on the platform.
• Adhere to Hims and Hers platform guidelines and policies and complete all required training.
• Evaluate and manage patients requiring testosterone replacement therapy (TRT).

Qualifications

• Medical Degree (MD/DO)
• Possess an unrestricted DEA license and have prescribed Schedule III controlled substances in any of the following states: KS, MA, ME, MO, or WV
• Board Certification in one or more of the following specialties: Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, Urology, Endocrinology
• 1+ years of applicable experience in clinical practice, exclusive of orientation/training
• 1+ years of previous telehealth experience (synchronous telehealth experience is a strong plus)
• 1+ years treating testosterone deficiency through testosterone replacement therapy
• Actively licensed in more than 5 states
• Strong diagnostic skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Comfortable providing care synchronously via video and asynchronously via chat
• No current or pending malpractice lawsuits, active state license in good standing
• Skilled at using online tools and technology to deliver care and communicate with patients
• Caring, detail-oriented, and dedicated to providing high-quality patient care
• Excellent written and verbal communication with an emphasis on clarity and compassion
