Role Description

Leland is seeking an experienced physician and medical practice coach to work with medical students and physicians navigating training and career decisions. This role includes:

• Guiding students through residency planning, board certification, and licensing requirements.
• Building clinical knowledge around medications and treatment approaches used in practice.
• Supporting the career side of the journey, including:
• Resume review
• Interview preparation
• Salary negotiation
• Networking strategy to help physicians land the right role and grow their professional network.

Ideal candidates have:

• Professional experience as a physician.
• Prior coaching or mentoring experience.
• A clear, structured approach to breaking down clinical and career topics alike.

Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every student.
