Role Description

The Mail Operations Pharmacy Technician 2- Item Entry is responsible for:

• Entering prescriptions in ePost sent by physicians to be further processed by other departments.
• Performing varied activities and moderately complex administrative/operational/customer support assignments.
• Meeting or exceeding department production and quality goals/metrics.
• Interpreting area/department policy and methods to complete assignments.
• Working within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards.
• Working under minimal direction with independent discretion.

Qualifications

• Must have an active license/registration as a Pharmacy Technician with the Board of Pharmacy in the state of Arizona or Ohio.
• 1 or more years of experience in retail, clinical or mail order pharmacy setting.
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.

Requirements

• National certification through PTCB CphT or NHA ExCPT (preferred).
• Work Hours: 8-hour shift Monday-Friday typically sometime between the hours of 9 a.m.-5:30 p.m. within your time zone (Based on business need).
• Overtime can include late evenings or weekends based on needs.
• Work Style: Remote (Must live in the state of Arizona or Ohio).
• Work at Home Requirements: Minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps required; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection suggested.
• Travel: Occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.
• Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40.
• Pay Range: $40,000 - $52,300 per year.
