[Hiring] Pharmacy Technician @Pyramid Consulting

Role Description

Immediate need for a talented Pharmacy Technician. This is a 06+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in US (Remote).

• Conduct outbound member calls with a target of a minimum of 15 calls per hour.
• Encourage members to refill their medications and assist with any inquiries.
• Handle faxes, provider calls, and pharmacy communications as needed.
• Complete daily work assignments and submit reports on time.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
• State Pharmacy Technician License (GA) and PTCB Certification.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Nice to have: Experience in a health plan environment.
