[Hiring] Patient Counseling / Clinical Pharmacist @Advanced RX LLC

Role Description

Advanced Rx is hiring a full-time Remote Pharmacist for an 11:00 AM-7:30 PM shift. Pay is $120,000+ per year, plus up to a $2,000 performance bonus.

• Verification of prescriptions
• Counseling patients over the phone
• Speaking to prescribers' offices regarding clarifications

This role balances thorough prescription verification with active clinical and interdepartmental communication. You will manage queue volume while fielding phone calls from patients and MD offices and addressing real-time chat inquiries from internal team members.

Our patients are grateful for our help, and some may require additional counseling. Remaining calm and supportive is a must. We track workflow and verification metrics primarily to ensure the workload is fair and evenly shared across the team. You'll get regular feedback and support from leadership, and we'll genuinely want yours in return. Our pharmacists share the schedule and look out for each other, so a team-first mindset matters here.

Qualifications

• Must reside in the state of Pennsylvania
• Hold an active PA Pharmacist License
• Genuine enjoyment of talking with patients
• Strong multitasking skills
• Sharp attention to detail
• Coachability
• Solid computer skills

Requirements

• The shift is 11:00 AM–7:30 PM, Monday through Friday
• 11 AM–3 PM Saturday rotation every 4–6 weeks (additional Saturday Stipend)
