[Hiring] Patient Care Technician @ERMI

Role Description

The Patient Care Technician is responsible for providing excellent patient care, education, and instruction while performing fulfillment duties, such as inventory and logistics, to support the sales team's selling function.

Essential Functions:

• Schedule, coordinate, and complete setups/adjustments/pickups with patients
• Educate and instruct patients on the Ermi program/protocol
• Maintain accounts in company CRM
• Clean, package, and return devices to the home office as necessary
• Maintain clean and compliant storage facility and inventory counts
• Follow all federal and state healthcare regulations and company policies
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree required
• At least 1 year of experience in the customer service industry is recommended
• Clinical background preferred

Requirements

• Must have reliable transportation
