Role Description

We are seeking skilled, board-certified Otolaryngologists (ENT) / Head & Neck Surgeons to perform Independent Medical Examinations (IMEs) throughout California. This is an excellent opportunity to earn supplemental income on a contract (1099) basis while maintaining a flexible schedule based on your availability.

• Review Medical Records: Analyze patient records related to ear, nose, throat, and head & neck conditions or injuries
• Conduct Physical Examinations: Perform in-person ENT evaluations
• Address Clinical Questions: Provide objective medical opinions and respond to case-specific questions from insurance carriers
• Prepare Reports: Complete clear, comprehensive IME reports within a 5-day turnaround time

Qualifications

• Board Certification: Must be board-certified in Otolaryngology (ENT)
• Experience: Prior IME experience preferred, but not required
• Skills: Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills
