Role Description

Assist physician in the care and teaching of patients.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing or current license/registration to practice in the state of Residency.
• Must be BLS certified.
• Fluency in the English language with verbal and written communication skills to communicate effectively to diverse populations, including physicians, employees, patients and families.
• Leadership skills necessary to direct others toward objectives that contribute to the successful treatment of patients.
• Analytical skills necessary to evaluate patients’ status, health care procedure/techniques and to monitor quality of patient care.
• Fiscal skills to monitor and control costs and revenue.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion while performing duties is essential.
• Valid driver’s license for travel to clinics.

• Must be detail-oriented with the ability to exercise independent judgment.
• Developed interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, diplomacy, tact, conflict management, delegation skills, and diversity awareness.
• Ability to work effectively with sensitive and confidential material and sometimes emotionally charged matters.
• Good command of the English language; second language is an asset but not required.
• Effective communication skills (oral, written, presentation), active listener, and effectively provides balanced feedback.
• Strong customer focus with the ability to build an engaging culture of quality, performance effectiveness and operational excellence.
• Ability to manage own time, conflicting priorities, self, stress, and professional development.
• Self-motivated and self-starter with the ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Ability to work remotely effectively as required.
• Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-site environment with demonstrated ability to juggle competing priorities and demands from a variety of stakeholders and sites.
• Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.
• Experience with EMR.

Benefits

• Standard Core Workdays/Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
• Occasional overtime may be required, and weekend shifts based on location hours and operational needs.
