Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Nurse Practitioner with at least 3 years of experience in hormone replacement therapy. This role will focus on developing and managing HRT programs while also supporting our existing weight loss services. This is a great opportunity for a provider who enjoys autonomy and wants to play a key role in launching and shaping a new service line within an established practice.

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments (history, symptoms, labs)
• Diagnose and treat patients using hormone replacement therapy (HRT)
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
• Interpret lab results related to hormone and metabolic health
• Educate patients on HRT, weight loss, and lifestyle optimization
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
• Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure high-quality patient care

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in hormone replacement therapy (required)
• Experience in weight loss or wellness medicine preferred
• Strong knowledge of hormone labs and treatment protocols
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently

Requirements

• Part-Time / PRN / Contract
• Pay: $70-$82 / hourly
• Schedule: 2-3 days per week to start
• Flexible scheduling
