• Conducting expert virtual consultations for menopause assessments.
• Delivering comprehensive follow-ups for menopause-related concerns, ensuring continuity of care and patient satisfaction.
• Crafting personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.
• Prescribing and managing hormone replacement therapy and other treatments.
• Empowering patients through education on lifestyle modifications and self-care strategies.

Qualifications

• Current registration as a Nurse Practitioner with the relevant provincial body.
• Proficiency in virtual care delivery and telemedicine platforms.
• Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach.
• Familiarity with EMR systems (e.g., Avaros) - or willing to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Requirements

• Interest, specialized training or certification in menopause management (optional).
• At least 1-2 years of experience in women's health, primary care, or a related field (optional).
• Experience with hormone replacement therapy is an asset (optional).
• Interest in contributing to clinic growth and service expansion (optional).

Compensation

• Contract position.
