Role Description

Qualifications

• Board certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with significant pediatric clinical experience.
• Active license in at least one state.

• Responsible and self-motivated; no micromanagement.

• Empathetic and able to make parents feel heard and understood.
• Integrity in practicing evidence-based medicine.
• Collaborative partner to other medical staff and customer support team.

Role Details, Schedule & Shift Expectations

• 1099 Contract.
• Work 70-80 hours per month.
• Shifts are typically 4-8 hour blocks of time.
• 20% of time expected to be on weekends.
• Evening and weekend shifts split fairly among the group.
• Expanded shift times and overnight hours may be needed in the future.
• Eligible to earn extra income via contributing during surge times, marketing efforts, and other opportunities.

Holidays

• Major holidays: Must work 1 of 3 major holidays (rotating basis).
• Minor holidays: Required hours split over 2-3 holidays.
• Martin Luther King Day: Jan 15.
• Presidents Day Weekend: Feb 19.
• Easter Weekend: March 31, April 1.
• Memorial Day Weekend: May 27.
• July 4th Weekend: July 4.
• Labor Day Weekend: September 2.
• New Years Weekend: December 31, Jan 1.
• Juneteenth.
