Role Description
We are looking for a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) who is passionate about scientific exchange, collaboration and advancing patient care. As a field-based scientific expert within Oncology and Hematology, you will build trusted partnerships with healthcare professionals, generate insights that shape medical strategy and support evidence-generation activities that advance patient outcomes.

Build and maintain collaborative scientific relationships with healthcare professionals, investigators, oncology centres and key external experts across the region.

Facilitate balanced, evidence-based scientific exchange regarding GSK medicines, clinical data and pipeline developments.

Gather, analyse and communicate medical insights that help inform strategy and identify opportunities to improve patient care.

Support evidence-generation activities, including investigator-sponsored studies and scientific collaborations.

Identify and engage potential investigators, research sites and external experts.

Plan and contribute to scientific meetings, advisory boards and educational programmes.

Represent GSK Medical Affairs at regional and national scientific congresses and meetings.

Collaborate across Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Market Access, Commercial and other cross-functional teams.

Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with applicable ethical, regulatory and compliance standards.
Qualifications

Advanced degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences or a related scientific discipline (MD, PharmD, PhD, MSc or equivalent).

Experience in a Medical Affairs, Medical Science Liaison, Medical Advisor, Clinical Scientist or similar scientific role.

Scientific knowledge within Oncology, Hematology or a related therapeutic area.

Experience engaging with healthcare professionals, investigators, researchers or scientific experts.

Strong communication skills in German and English.

Ability and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.

Understanding of ethical, regulatory and compliance requirements within healthcare or life sciences environments.
