Qualifications

• 1+ year of verifiable RECENT experience in Medical claims or healthcare insurance (NO EXCEPTIONS)
• Must be able to go through the hiring process quickly.
• No time off allowed for the first 90 days.
• Proven experience in medical claims processing or a similar role.
• Call center experience preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, coding, and billing practices (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS).
• Proficiency with medical billing software and MS Office Suite.
• Great work attitude and willingness to help others.

Requirements

• Review and process medical claims with accuracy and efficiency
• Verify claim information against patient records and insurance coverage
• Research and resolve claim denials, discrepancies, and reimbursement issues
• Communicate professionally with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients
• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to claims and billing inquiries
• Help ensure timely and accurate claim resolution while maintaining a positive customer experience
