Role Description

• Design complex scenarios from your healthcare practice area to train AI agents.
• Build supporting records and author healthcare-operations tasks.
• Evaluate tasks for AI model training to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
• Collaborate asynchronously to improve AI model outputs and training data quality.
• Work independently with flexible hours to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Must-Have: 2+ years of recent experience in healthcare administrative/back-office roles.
• Experience with payer portals, EHR platforms, encoders, and coding tools.
• 10+ hours/week commitment.
• Preferred: Experience owning exceptions and disputes in healthcare settings.
• Senior-level experience across multiple care settings or on both provider and payer sides.
