Role Description

You're a licensed associate therapist (LMHCA or LCSWA) in North Carolina who's already accruing post-graduate clinical hours toward full licensure and wants a part-time remote caseload that matters. • Provide evidence-based teletherapy to K–12 students across North Carolina.
• Collaborate with school counselors and families statewide.
• Participate in weekly individual and group supervision and case consultations.
• Contribute to clinical program development.

Qualifications

• Active LMHCA or LCSWA license in North Carolina (required).
• Post-graduate clinical hours already accrued toward full licensure (required).
• Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged youth and families.
• Comfortable with telehealth and EHR systems.
• Available Mon–Fri 3–8 PM.

Requirements

• Experience in CBT, DBT, or similar modalities (preferred).
• Prior school-based or youth-focused experience (preferred).
• Bilingual Spanish/English fluency (preferred).
• Active NPI and CAQH (preferred).
