[Hiring] Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT) - $75-$95/Session, Work with Youth @Daybreak Health

Role Description

• Provide teletherapy to students ages 11-24 throughout California.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care while working alongside schools, families, and community partners.
• Every session you lead has the power to change a young person's trajectory.

Please note: This role is open to therapists who are fully licensed in California only; associate and provisionally licensed therapists are not eligible.

1099 Independent Contractor

• Earn $75–$90 per session, based on weekly caseload volume.
• Paid intake assessments.
• Paid no-shows and late cancellations.
• $5 Bilingual session differential available for every session.
• $340 paid onboarding training stipend.
• Free continuing education credits year-round.
• Malpractice insurance included.
• Biweekly pay — Daybreak handles all billing.
• Flexible caseload: Start with just 5 sessions per week, see as many clients as you'd like.

The more clients you see, the more you earn. A clinician seeing 20+ sessions per week can build a meaningful income stream without the administrative burden of running a private practice.

• Fully Remote: Work from anywhere in the U.S.
• Flexible Schedule: Set your hours Monday–Friday, 3–8 PM PST, with optional weekend availability from 9 AM–5 PM PST.
• Administrative Support: We handle billing, credentialing, and scheduling—so you can focus on care.
• Supportive Clinical Community: Peer consultation, collaborative networks, and team discussions.
• Professional Development: Continuing education credits and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional with LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP credentials in the State of California.
• Demonstrated commitment to providing culturally responsive, equitable care that honors diverse backgrounds and experiences.
• Experience working with teens and youth ages 11-24 in clinical or school settings.
• Experience providing telehealth services.
