Role Description

Impireum Psychiatric Group is seeking LPC or LPC-A to join our growing, multi-state behavioral health team. This role is designed for early-career clinicians who want more than just supervision hours—you’ll gain structured training, real clinical experience, and the opportunity to develop within a high-performance, integrated care model. You will work under the supervision of fully licensed clinicians while delivering therapy in a system built around consistency, accountability, and measurable patient outcomes. MUST BE OPEN TO CLIENTS ACROSS THE LIFESPAN (Children, Adolescents, and Adults).

• Provide individual therapy under supervision using evidence-based approaches
• Complete intake assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, PMHNPs, and care teams
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in eClinicalWorks (eCW)
• Participate in structured supervision and clinical development
• Deliver care via in-person and hybrid settings

Qualifications

• Associate-level license: LCSW-A, LPC-A, LMFT-A (or equivalent)
• Eligible for supervision under state guidelines
• Strong communication and patient engagement skills
• High level of accountability and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow structured workflows and documentation standards
