Role Description

HealthLinkNow, part of Universal Health Services, Inc. (UHS), is looking for a patient-focused experienced Licensed Telehealth Therapist LCSW/LMFT/LPCC to join our growing team of dedicated professionals. We are looking for innovative clinicians who are committed to providing exceptional patient care from the convenience of your own home. The Clinician will be providing virtual group therapy to a Partial Hospital Program (PHP).

• Adult PHP remote group therapy; Monday – Friday, 9am to 4:30pm Pacific time.
• Daily Schedule includes:
  • Providing five (5) 50-minute groups dealing with general mental health and addictions issues.
  • Three (3) process groups.
  • Two (2) psycho-educational groups.
• Each 7.5-hour block of time includes time for group preparation and documentation.
• Attend weekly treatment team meeting.

Qualifications

• Active licensure in California.
• Group therapy experience.
• Comfortable working with Substance abuse and addiction issues.
• Active Clinical licensure and experience in LMFT/LCSW/LPCC.
• Comfortable with technology and distance-based management of patients.

Requirements

• Must use personal laptop/computer that can run Zoom and other applications required for Telehealth remote work.
• Internet connection - broadband wired or wireless (3G or 4G/LTE).
• Speakers and a microphone – built-in, USB plug-in, or wireless Bluetooth.
• A webcam or HD webcam – built-in, USB plug-in or an HD cam or HD camcorder with a video-capture card OR virtual camera software for use with broadcasting software like OBS or IP cameras.
• Supporting operating systems:
  • macOS X with macOS X (10.11) or later.
  • Windows 11.
  • Windows 10 (Devices running Windows 10 must run Windows 10 Home, Pro, or Enterprise. S Mode is not supported).
• Web browsers:
  • Chrome: Within 2 versions of current version.
  • Firefox: Within 2 versions of current version.
  • Edge: Within 2 versions of current version.
  • Safari: Within 2 versions of current version.
