[Hiring] Internal Medicine Physicians — Expert AI Trainer @Aptura

Role Description

Aptura AI is looking for U.S.-based Internal Medicine Physicians to contribute to an upcoming AI project starting in two weeks. It's a chance for U.S.-licensed clinicians to help shape how AI interprets and supports real-world clinical reasoning, patient interactions, and healthcare delivery.

Through our expert network, you'll be matched to one of several AI initiatives based on your experience, subspecialty focus, and clinical background. You'll collaborate with AI researchers to review, label, evaluate, and improve AI systems built to support healthcare professionals and strengthen patient outcomes.

The role is fully remote and flexible, making it a good fit for physicians juggling clinical, academic, or research responsibilities.

Qualifications

• MD licensed in the U.S. with an active state medical license
• U.S. Board Certified
• Solid familiarity with primary care or internal medicine workflows, documentation, and terminology
• Strong analytical, written, and clinical summarization skills
• Native or near-native English proficiency
• Careful attention to detail and a commitment to clinical accuracy
• Comfortable working independently and asynchronously within a distributed team
• Minimum commitment of 10 hours per week
