Role Description

Reliant Medical Group, part of the Optum family of businesses, is seeking a Full-time PsyD, PhD, or LICSW to join our Integrated Behavioral Medicine team in Worcester, MA.

• Schedule is determined by the hiring manager.
• Electronic equipment for telehealth and remote work is included.
• Provide treatment for primary care patients with behavioral health disorders, co-occurring medical conditions, and mild substance use disorders.
• Use of evidence-based treatments such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) is preferred.
• Help create and implement treatment plans with behavioral medicine team, primary care, or specialist.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted license (PhD, PsyD, LICSW) in the state of Massachusetts.

Requirements

• Experience working within an integrated primary care model.
• Minimum 3 years practice experience.
• Knowledge of health psychology or behavioral medicine is preferred.
• Experience with substance use and addiction is preferred.
