Role Description

Empower Mental Health is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and independently licensed therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) to join our growing Personal Injury and Workers’ Compensation Division. This is a remote role, and candidates must hold an active California independent clinical license. The position focuses on providing trauma-informed, evidence-based therapy to individuals recovering from emotional, psychological, and cognitive impacts related to injury and occupational trauma.

• Provide individual therapy to clients referred through personal injury or workers’ compensation claims
• Develop treatment plans and complete documentation in a timely, clinically sound manner
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including psychologists and neurorehabilitation specialists
• Provide occasional services to adolescent and child clients (majority adult caseload)

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
• Active, independent clinical license in the state of Arizona (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent)
• Fluency in English and Spanish (bilingual)
• Strong clinical documentation skills and ability to follow a structured model of care
• Experience with trauma-informed care and injury-related clinical presentations
• Willingness to work with a range of clients, including adolescents ages seven and up
