Role Description

The Intake Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Front End Intake team for the Chandler, AZ Home Infusion branch. This position is critical for branch operation support for incoming referrals.

• Supervise and motivate a work team while maintaining high standards
• Respond to all questions regarding Benefit Verifications and Authorizations
• Respond to provider inquiries that have been received by the escalation and case resolution department
• Motivate people and lead by example with a positive attitude that's professional, courteous, and cheerful
• Participate in the on-call and ongoing supervision/support front end Intake

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• 3+ years of customer service experience
• 3+ years of Benefits Verification experience
• 2+ years of team lead/training experience
• 2+ years of experience leading and managing teams in a remote environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Outlook / Excel / Word)

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing infusion referrals
• Experience supervising remote employees
• Managed care experience in a care coordination role
• Reside in the state of AZ

• Salary range: $49,700 - $88,800 annually based on full-time employment
