  • Support PACS/RIS implementations and go-live activities; complete assigned pre-implementation tasks, verify application readiness, and communicate risks or outstanding items.

  • Communicate customer expectations, project status, risks, limitations, and next steps professionally; seek assistance when appropriate and avoid unsupported commitments.
  • Continuously build product and industry knowledge, incorporate feedback, assist with internal materials/process improvements, and attend required training or industry events.

  • Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and customer training abilities.
  • Ability to understand and explain complex software workflows to audiences with different technical backgrounds.
  • Sound judgment, analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and willingness to investigate issues before escalating.
  • Organization, attention to detail, reliable documentation, time management, accountability, and ability to work independently after training.
  • Comfort with travel, customer-facing work, changing schedules, and collaborative cross-functional work.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation where required for assigned travel.

Requirements

  • PACS and/or RIS application experience; radiologic technologist or medical imaging background.
  • Experience with customer training, application implementations, go-lives, demonstrations, or workflow optimization.
  • Familiarity with imaging workflow from order/scheduling through acquisition, interpretation, reporting, and result distribution.
  • Familiarity with DICOM, HL7, voice recognition, clinical interfaces, post-processing tools, or healthcare IT networking concepts.

Travel Requirement

This position requires travel to customer locations, up to a maximum of 75%. Typical travel assignments involve departing Monday morning and returning Friday afternoon. Travel schedules may vary based on customer needs, implementation timelines, and training requirements.
