Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the disability or aged care sectors.
• Ability to work independently and achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with client management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook.
• Understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

Requirements

• Facilitate end-to-end service delivery for clients.
• Manage carer rosters and support carer engagement to ensure optimal use of their availability.
• Assist carers with accessing and using the electronic rostering system.
• Respond to carer enquiries.
• Serve as the first point of contact for client enquiries, incidents, complaints, and feedback.
• Confirm and manage bookings with clients and service providers.
• Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and wellbeing.
• Provide progress reports to families, carers, and stakeholders.
• Monitor client funding and advise on the best use of available resources.
• Follow up on client renewals, service holds, and opportunities for re-engagement.
• Receive and manage incoming calls and service requests.
• Participate in the after-hours roster as required.
• Perform other duties as required.
