Role Description

You’ll care for a child in Leicester, working waking night shifts from 10pm - 8am to provide safe and consistent care in their own home. They live with:

• Neurodevelopmental Disorder (SLD)
• Atrial Septal Defect (ASD)
• Learning Disability
• ADHD
• Hyper Mobile Joints

Beyond their clinical needs, they enjoy living a healthy lifestyle, swimming, walking, and have a creative nature. Their interests are in arts and crafts and gardening, and you’ll help them enjoy the things that matter most to them safely.

With nurse-led oversight, individualised clinical training, and the wider Komplex Group behind you, you’ll provide the standard of care you’d want for your own family.

Qualifications

• Experience in care or confidence undertaking clinical training
• Excellent attention to detail and situational awareness
• The ability to follow detailed clinical protocols consistently
• Basic IT skills for communication and record-keeping
• A genuine commitment to safe, person-centred care

Requirements

• Providing personal care, medication, and clinical interventions
• Managing oxygen, ventilation, and specialist equipment
• Monitoring clinical observations and recognising deterioration
• Maintaining accurate records and escalating concerns immediately
