Role Description

Uplift For Her provides whole-woman, root-cause care for hormonal imbalance, fatigue, chronic illness, fertility, perimenopause, and sustainable weight loss. Our health coach is the bridge between provider and patient. You help patients put their care plan into practice as an added layer to help them get real results. You reinforce the medical team's approach, provide education, accountability, and motivation, and check in between visits so patients stay on track. You also relay progress, barriers, and questions back to the provider so care stays coordinated.

We want an experienced coach with a track record of helping women change their habits and see real results. Patients who work with you should leave every session feeling seen, motivated, and eager to book the next one. For patients who aren't sure they need coaching, you make its value obvious from the first conversation. Together, you help patients make lasting changes in nutrition, movement, and lifestyle that restore energy, balance hormones, and improve long-term health.

Qualifications

• Proven success coaching clients to lasting change with great rebooking rates because they value working with you
• Strong skills in motivational interviewing and behavior change
• A sustainable, whole-person approach to weight loss that balances structure (such as macros) with mindful eating
• Experience with coaching mid-life women on weight loss, hormones, fatigue, stress, or gut health
• A health coaching certification (NBHWC-approved or equivalent preferred). Functional medicine training (FMCA, ADAPT) is a plus.
• Comfort leading groups live and virtually, and with technology

Requirements

• Coach patients 1:1 and in groups, virtually and in person, in support of provider-led care plans
• Guide changes in nutrition, movement, sleep, stress and nervous system regulation, and mindset
• Check in between visits so patients stay accountable and don't stall
• Flag progress, barriers, and concerns to providers promptly as part of an integrated care team
• Document in our HIPAA-compliant EHR, and track engagement and outcomes for regular team review
• Help shape our wellness programs and educational materials, and represent Uplift at occasional events

Benefits

• Compensation: $25-$35/hour, based on experience
• Schedule: 15-25 hours/week, with potential to grow to full-time
• Location: Salt Lake valley
• Employment Type: W-2 employee
