Pinch is hiring experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioners in Arizona who are confident with injectables and want a better way to practice:

As a Pinch Provider, you’ll operate with more freedom and autonomy while practicing within a trusted brand and clear protocols designed to keep you and your patients safe.

What you’ll do:

• Deliver safe, high-quality concierge aesthetic care including:
• Neurotoxin injections (tox)
• Microneedling
• Chemical peels
• Skincare + at-home facial experiences
• Treat clients sourced through Pinch marketing and your personal network
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely client records
• Manage supplies responsibly
• Follow Pinch protocols and clinical standards
• Collaborate with other Pinch Providers and the Pinch clinical/support team
• Use the Pinch platform to retain clients, run outreach, and grow your book

Qualifications

• Active Arizona APRN license (full practice authority preferred)
• Injectables experience (neurotoxin injections) and comfort treating independently
• Prior aesthetics experience in a clinical setting (med spa, derm, plastics, concierge, etc.)
• Strong patient communication, professionalism, and commitment to safety

Requirements

• Existing client base or strong ability to build one through networking
• Interest in growing through events, influencer partnerships, photoshoots, and local community activations
• Availability to treat between 10 - 50 clients per month (a mix of your own network, and new clients Pinch sends you)
