[Hiring] Epic Consultant @S Base Technologies

Role Description

We are seeking experienced Epic Consultants to support a large healthcare system based in Boston, MA. This is a fully remote opportunity supporting enterprise-level hospital operations and revenue cycle initiatives.

The ideal candidates will have strong hands-on experience in one or more of the following Epic modules:

• Epic HB (Hospital Billing)
• Epic Patient Access
• Epic Resolute Hospital Billing
• Epic Application Analyst

Epic certification is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, build, test, and support Epic applications
• Provide workflow analysis and system configuration for assigned Epic modules
• Support revenue cycle operations and hospital billing processes
• Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and optimization initiatives
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution
• Collaborate with clinical, financial, and IT stakeholders
• Support integration with third-party systems
• Maintain documentation and follow change management processes

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Epic implementation or support experience
• Hands-on experience with HB, Patient Access, or Resolute HB modules
• Strong knowledge of revenue cycle workflows
• Experience with build, configuration, and go-live support
• Familiarity with Epic Chronicles and Clarity reporting
• Experience with integrated testing and system validation
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Epic Certification in relevant module(s)
• Experience supporting large hospital systems
• Experience with Epic upgrades and optimization projects
• Knowledge of HL7 interfaces
• Healthcare domain experience required
