What You'll Be Doing

• Lead complex Epic Beacon build, configuration, enhancement, and optimization efforts
• Partner closely with physicians, nurses, operational leaders, and oncology stakeholders
• Drive planning, design, testing, implementation, and go-live activities for key oncology initiatives
• Analyze and improve oncology workflows to support operational efficiency and patient outcomes
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Beacon-related functionality and best practices
• Provide strategic input on system design and future-state oncology workflows

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Epic Beacon experience
• Strong understanding of oncology workflows and clinical operations
• Hands-on experience with Beacon build, configuration, and implementation activities
• Proven ability to lead initiatives, solve complex problems, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
