Role Description
We are seeking a dual-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our team as a 1099 contractor. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, flexible provider who is eager to deliver both primary care and mental health services virtually to a diverse patient population. You will have the autonomy to set your own schedule and focus on providing exceptional care to those who need it most.

Provide virtual primary care and psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and follow-up care for patients across a variety of states.

Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic health conditions in both family medicine and mental health care settings.

Develop comprehensive treatment plans that may include medication management, psychotherapy, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Utilize telehealth platforms to manage patient care, including video appointments, secure messaging, and e-prescriptions.

Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation within our electronic health records (EHR) system.

Collaborate with our administrative team to ensure seamless patient scheduling, billing, and follow-up care.

Offer culturally competent care, understanding and addressing the unique needs of diverse patient populations.
Qualifications

Active dual certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).

Licensure to practice as a nurse practitioner in one or more states (with prescriptive authority). Multiple state licenses are highly desirable.

DEA license for prescribing controlled substances (or willingness to obtain based on state requirements).

Prior telehealth experience preferred but not required.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide compassionate, culturally sensitive care.

Ability to work independently and efficiently in a virtual environment.

Must maintain malpractice insurance.
