Role Description

Military Evaluation Services (MES) is hiring a PART-TIME 1099 DENTIST Examiner to perform dental exams and imaging for Service Members.

• Conduct an interview and dental exam with possible imaging and treatment (if requested).
• Review the Veteran's records.
• Record the responses and data in a portal.
• Add a medical opinion (if requested).

This process provides the support that allows the VBA to determine service-connection status and rating (monetary disbursement).

The ideal Examiner has experience conducting C&P exams (not required).

There is no treatment, no on-call responsibilities, no scheduling, and no billing necessary on your behalf.

Qualifications

• 2 years post-graduate dental experience required.
• DMD or DDS degree from a regionally-accredited university.
• Current and unrestricted state practitioner's license with no pending criminal case.

Requirements

• YOUR OWN ADA/OSHA OFFICE IS REQUIRED.
• Curriculum Vitae or Resume.
• Complete credentialing forms and submit additional documents within 2 calendar days of credentialing invitation.
• Complete required VA video module training.
• Other requirements established by the credentialing and hiring agencies that meet company, local, state, and federal standards or policies.
