Role Description

If you are an experienced Director, Senior Director, or Vice President of enterprise level Health Information Services with Home Health experience, then you need to read on.

Our client is a well-established and growing multi-state Home Health organization. They have a current opening for a Corporate Director of Health Information Services. This position is REMOTE with occasional travel expectations. Candidates should be located in central or eastern time zones.

This is a Corporate-level leadership role responsible for:

• HIM
• Medical records
• Audit management
• Orders management
• Face-to-face encounter compliance
• Leadership systems
• Cross-functional operational support

Qualifications

• HIM / HIS leadership experience for a multi-state Home Health provider
• Excellent understanding of Medicare rules and regulations and PDGM
• Bachelor’s degree in health administration, Business, or a related field preferred
• RHIT and/or RHIA certifications are a plus but not required
• Experience with Review Choice Demonstration (RCD) audits preferred
• AI / Automation experience a plus

Requirements

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the HIM department
• Oversight of directly reporting leaders
• Improve and build out scalable processes and workflows
• Work collaboratively with centralized support services, RCM, compliance, and branch leadership teams
